How Many People Have YOU Referred To MFK???

Aight, here's how this is gonna go down. If you referred anyone to MFK, you
speak up, say how many, (If you know) and what their name's are, (if you know) and the
stories of it. If you didn't refer anyone, tell your comments/stories of the idiots you tried
to refer to the site (If any).

I'll kick us off with the person I referred today and the person
I tried to refer. I was at Meijer and this guy was looking at the fishtanks (later found out
he works there). I asked him if he had any fish, he said he had 2 percula clowns, and 2
lionfish, a dwarf and a volitan, and I forget the rest (I don't keep saltwater fish
and I have a SHORT attentain span, A DEADLY combonation). So, after this discovery of
his keeping monsters I immediatly asked him if he knew about MFK, (helping the
movement) he said no, I told him about it. I told him the URL and my name
and that was it. He said he'd check it out when he gets home.

I tried to refer my LFS owner when he was talking about a forum for Pet Supplies "Plus"...my LFS. I
asked him if he's ever heard of MFK, he said he had, he was gonna join but he moved. He
said he will get on when he gets his internet up in his new home. So let's see who else has
referred anyone...

i have handed out many of the business cards but i ran out and am waiting for more Peanut_Power only gave me so many but i also landed a stack at my friends fish store so hopefully that will get alot more people from my area to join.... most of my friends just get on to see pics not use the forums so boooooo them.......

Dude, are you kidding me?!? This site is all I ever talk about. Many of my friends do not have computers, but they come over here and ask me what have I learned from here and what cool pics can I show them. I told my daycare lady about this site and I am not sure if she checked it out yet or not. However, after she seen my 2 tanks, it made her want to start a tank and now she calls me with questions. I am lovin it. Can't wait to get my package so I can make the movement bigger! Hell, my hubby is hooked to this as much as I am. I always share stories with him.

I tried to get 1 of my co-workers to join after finding out he had an aligator gar and an oscar. He said he was going to then shut down his tank and bought a lizard. I told him that there was a forum on here for lizards but he is BSing about joining. I make mention every once and a while but i think hes just being polite. Once i get my package ill talk to more people. (wish i had my bracelet and decals too)
