How many plecos?

Ok now that this L200 Green Phantom is eating like a little machine. I am hooked.

The tank is a 55 gallon with MEGA filtration.

400gph approx through the Wet/Dry

AND

Rena Filstar XP3 Canister

Definitely want to put something else in there. Is it reasonable with that filtration and enough hiding spots?

Based upon my experience with a 60 long pleco only which is a 55 only taller. Plecos as you know are waste machines....I had approx 8-10 plecos in this tanks 2"-4" each...As they grew they quickly overtook my bio capacity (AC110, Xp3 and a powerhead) and some of them became quite territorial...Watch for conflicts, set up regular feeding stations change water religiously and lots of hiding spots..GL they are a joy.....Now that your hooked what are the plans for a larger tank?
