how many rtg..

hi,
I have an empty 420g tank with dimension 250cm x 80cm x 80cm and I plan to put some aros in there, thus how many rtg can be put in the tank, considering the aggressiveness of the species,

Putting odd numbers(atleast 3) will increase the success rate on keeping them together...But your tank setup can have 2 only...
Also put them in together at the same time also get them when they are just 6 inches

don't know anything about asian arowanas but saw somewhere on the web that if you keep at least 5 to 6 of them at the same size and introduce them at the same time, they all will be fine in there. However, always expect some fight but not as bad as just by keeping only 2.

thanks, when I was visiting the lfs where they sold the fish, the tank I saw contained around 30 rtgs, all about the size, and still I noticed one of them was dying in the bottom of the tank. I think if I buy some of them and put them together in the same tank, I will also add some cichlids in, and will monitor how they do together for awhile.
