how many SDs in a 60gal

Just as the title says, how many silver dollars could you comfortably fit in a 60gal? 1.2m X 45 cm. I have a breeding pair convicts and one salvini in there at the moment. But I seven silver dollars I don't know where to put them. Would they be happy, not just fine, in there?
 
I think about 4 would be max. I had 3 in my 55 an they didnt do well. Its seem like you might have a good stock in the 60 already. SDs can get pretty big. I don't think it's a good long term option. Plus they spook really easy might have them smashing into the tank all the time when they get larger

Well if thats were you got to put them then put them in there. You can decide later to get a bigger tank. If you can remove big decor in there to give them more unobstructed swimming room. The only problem I see is the breeding pair of Convicts. Like most breeding cichlids they tend to get aggressive toward any other fish that get in there space. So you might want to get rid of them or move them out.
 
I wanna get rid of them, but all the fish stores around me are stocked full with SDs. They said I must keep them and wait a while till they sell them and then I can bring them in. So its not a permanent arrangement, just wanted them to be happy for the next month or two. My piranhas have started giving them hastles in my big tank. So its only fair I get rid of them now. Thanks for you input.
 
if have 4 thin bar silver dolllars in a 75g and I wouldn't add any more to my group.
