I finally gave in to feeding them snails, i dont' know how many to put in there daily? i threw in about 25 at once and one puffer ate them all in about an hour....

It will get mighty expensive to feed snails daily...
feed them on occasion and to keep the beak down feed sinking shrimp pellets...they are very hard and with my GSP did a superb job keeping the beak under control.

in that case as many as you can get...your puffer will stop when its full...atleast mine did...and then you will have a constant food supply living in your tank.

They told me that I would have to do it, but every time I go someone just does it for me....now I just call ahead and they have them all ready for me
