Well, I just moved into the new house and the soon to be wifey (9 days and counting) has let me know how many tanks I can have....

3 big tanks downstairs 120+
2 baby tanks on one rack 29s
her 75
and my 135 up stairs

and of course my side of the two car garage to make a fish room...

I wondered as the title says how many are you allowed... my wife, parents, or some the law...

if this is the wrong area, please move it...

I married a woman whos as passionate about wolves and fish as I am so our only limiting factors are money and space.

When all the furniture has been replaced with tanks, I am done. I will sleep on the floor and go insane with the flowing water noise.

you are pretty lucky... space is part of the factor for the limits, she said three tanks not limit their size...lol... and I checked to see if I could upgrade on this plan...lol

As many as I wish. I make the decisions in my house, lol.

I did that in my bedroom at my moms for a bit... I will never put tanks in the bedroom again... the noise can be bothersome...and well I love fish, but I love the lady too, and what privileges comes from that relationship so I will follow the important rules...

the best women let a man think that... I just got some great advice from repair... "when I got married that I would make the big decisions and she could make the small ones... in their 19 years of marriage they have yet to have a "big decision"...lol

I allow myself as many as I want however space says other wise. :irked:

125g 72"x18" (might replace in a couple years with a 240-300g)
120g 48"x24" (will get this winter) *hopfully*
55g

When we make our final move here in the next year or so it will be to a nice sized hunk of land. I already have a set of approved plans for a very intresting built in monster tank and fish room that may well end up bieng housed in a seperate metal building. All of this has to wait for our wolf rescue to be built of course but other than demanding final approval rights on the plans my wifes behond the whole project 100%
