how many times do you use a bathroom towel??

interesting topic that came up in my household

so ill ask it here

how many times do you use a bathroom towel after a shower before throwing it in the washed?

i use a new one everyday, my dad gives me hell about it, but i think its the most sanitary way :D

i change cloths everyday so why not my towel :)

I am surprised your mom doesn't give you hell - or is your dad in charge of laundry? ;)

Anyways, once you have to do your own laundry on a permanent basis, you will increase your towel usage periods. You will buy lots of black socks and only wear leather pants: laundry-free existence :grinyes: Just kidding. I'd say several days is a hygienic, yet economic period of use for towels. After all, you should be clean when you step out of the shower and the towel should see nothing but water ... or you need to use some more soap ;) .... :thumbsup:

Because you sweat and I'm sure leave dust particles and skin all over your clothes. Like Harley said when you step out of the shower you should be clean unless your doing something wrong. I usually let them go a week but I'll have three different ones hanging up and use one Monday then not use that one again till Wednesday or Thursday..
 
I usually grab one on the way to the shower in the morning, so once a day for me...
 
I change em once a week. I just use the half without the tag for my upper body and the half with the tag for below the waist, i think thats more sanitary.

I dont see why you'd change them daily. You use the towel after your done the shower and are clean, your just drying soapy water off you, which is antibacterial...

Here is an answer from a girls point of view.....I usually use 2 towels, one for my body and one for my hair, the one for my hair I use for a week, and the one for my body I use for 4 days....Sunday to Wednesday....and then I grab a new body towel. My thoughts are like everyone elses....You are clean when you come out of the shower, right? Now, my boyfriend on the other hand, likes to change his like once every 2 days....It drives me nuts cause he leaves them in a pile on the bathroom floor in the corner by the tub.....GRRRR.....MEN!!! lol
