how many turnover for wet/dry?

Hi everyone, I'm planning on doing a wet/dry for my 90 gallons and was wondering how many turnovers should I have? I know that a powerfilter should be around 10x per hour, but foe a wet/dry? I think I read somewhere that it should be around5-7 time per hour, but I'd like a confirmation please. Thank you

i would go no less than 5 but as always the more the merrier
