. Just curious if a purple/gold /rainbow wolf would be a risk for spotted raphaels. I've got a couple of 5-6'' Raphael with golf ball sized bellies. While armoured all around, those bellies are pretty vulnerable...

Any thoughts?

In my experience the gold wolves are the most aggressive of the bunch but I'm not sure if they would go down to the bottom to bother with your raphaels...

Your raphaels should be fine I had a sp.tahuayo that I've kept with bichirs, geos, cichla and never had a problem. I wouldn't recommend it but I even had it in my growout tank with smaller fish for a while without any issues.

I had 3 maybe 6" or so and they were picked on by a variety of tank mates. They certainly didn't start anything.

I agree aswell for golds being nasty. mine chewed a bass in half and cause terror on a red wolf... should be fine with the other ery's. I had a purple with many ca & sa(dont recommend it but it worked), and also oddballs. did fine.

My Gold is the most aggressive wolf I have and there's over 15 Hoplias here. My Aimara are nicer.

I never had issues with it bothering Irwinnis, rays, or the Goonch but pretty much everything else was picked on.
