How much and how often to feed a 21" fire eel?

It's only eating nightcrawlers and earthworms. I typically only gave it one or two worms for feeding. Last night's worm was about 8 in.

I thought it would snap it in half because I was squeezing it so tight with the tweezers but it sucked the whole thing down.

I definitely do not want to be under feeding so any advice greatly appreciated.

Anyone? So far I've been doing one worm a day.

That would be my approach too. Although I may keep trying sprat every now and again.
