Congratulations! I don't know what the going rate for EBs would be in Ireland, but over here in the U.S. they tend to go for about $10-$15 an inch. Good luck.

Personally... I would tell the store you will sell them to the store for 50% of what the store plans to sell them for... So if the store sells them for $50, you get $25... if they sell them for $20, you get $10...
They may argue this is higher than their typical ratio but you can point out that you are hand delivering them at their convenience. You are also hand selecting fish to deliver and thus only supplying them with quality fish...

thanks for the reply,the lfs that i am planing to sell to is selling them for 40euro,aswell they get them from asia,so 20 euro would be fair i think.
