was thinking of getting a three inch dull eyed royal plec(l191) and a three inch watermelon pleco but was wondering wat the common price is for these before i special order these from my lfs?

A good rule of thumb for panaques is around $10 an inch. While prices will varry in different areas, this will grrrr you in the ballpark.
i just hope my lfs doesnt make them too expensive i bought a royal less than an inch long for forty dollars
and he was malnurished and died
