How much do we love our fish?

I just walked for two hours in the pouring rain and bitter cold to get to a hardware store that sells PVC elbows for my second DIY overflow, considering the first one weakened after a while.

What's the most outrageous thing you have done to keep your fish happy and healthy?

LOL well I went to the first one, that's about 15 minutes away walking, and it wasn't raining, so I decided to go, but they were out.

So they referred me to another one, and that one was FAR away, and to get there you take all these little residential streets, and buses don't go on those.

So yeah, I had to walk there.

LOL let me clarify.

Bitter cold FOR L.A.

It might not be -30F, like most of you other people endure, but after you experience 90F weather for months and months and months almost anything else is bitter cold.

Yeah, you know, it did seem like it stung more than usual.

I just assumed it was acid rain from all the smog.

I hear ya on the nice weather all the time...when it dips down into the 50's here, it does feel alot colder than it really is...we actually have to put on long pants and shoes instead of cargo shorts and sandals...
sometimes we even break out a hoodie...

we get beautiful year round weather, they get Rays and Gars...

If ANYONE has to moan about the weather ....people from UK have to be in the top ten lol. i sold my playstation 3 because my filter broke.......lol now THAT's dedication!
