Hi everyone. It's been a long time since I've been here. Anyways, I have the opportunity to buy a glass 110 gallon tank for $100. I was wondering if anyone nows how much it may weigh and what is the best way to transport it. The fish store I'm buying it from has only used it for about a month because they already have too many large tanks. I will have access to a pick-up truck but was wondering how many people I need to get it on and off the truck. I was thinking about using U-Hauls furniture mover that's like a square board with 4 wheels on each corner. The hardes thing is probably getting it on the truck bed and putting it on the stand. There will be 4 of us and I would like some suggestions on if it's possible to transport it to my home onto the stand or does anyone else have a better idea. Thanks, Ed.

i actually a few years ago bought a 110 with a eheim 2250/magnum 350 ( or 360 ) stand/light/top with everything for 60.00, but 110 gallon tank weights not much, but for me it was in a basement.
