100 gal tank 24 inches high 260 watt 4 bulb t5h0 no co2. i dose excel and trace every day.the excel it says 1 tsp = 50 gals but i use 3 teaspoons =150gal even though its 100gal cuz of my high lighting. i dose everything daily. should i be dosing more? for the trace it says to dose every week but i do everyday except i dose 1/5 the recommended dosing for weekly. so i dose about 125% more than i should be for trace elements. should i be using more?
my plants
luwigia: little bit of growth but melting ALOT!
Pennywort: this one is THRIVING planted in substrate. sending up new shoots daily
Hornwort: i dont know if its growing at all i have it floating and i dont pay attention to it.
Amazon Swords: one looks really healthy but it hasnt sent up any shoots from what i can tell. this other one has completely melted and it hasnt sent up any shoots either.
Anubias: i cant give any details on whether its growing or not. i will tell you i had to trim about 90% of the rhizome yesterday i dont even know if its going to survive. i had to trim off about 90% of the roots to. one doesnt even have roots anymore :[.
Crypts: no noticeable growth. i dont pay much attention to it but their might be a new leaf or two. the plant leaves seem incredibly prone to getting torn. my featherfin likes to bask under the crypts.
