Depends on where you are. In the US I'd say $30-$40 tops, overseas it's another story and you're talking hundreds of dollars.

So did I (rescue). He was supposed to be 1' but in fact he's more like 14-15" though he may have grown some, this gar just pounds food. I bet he's gained 1" in circumference in the month or so I've had him. Awesome fish.

I generally find Floridas between $15 to $40 here in the upper midwest.. I've never spent more than $10 on one...

I have not seen a spotted in a long time in the hobby market. Most that I have I just went and got my self or they were collected by a fellow Gar nut and sent to me for minimal cost..
