going to be looking for some monos/orinos in a little bit for my 240 and was just wondering how much that is going to run me? i would prefer them to be colorful and dont care what they are feeding on! let me know!
how much for some 10-12" monos/orinos?

nope not talking about the hybrids. just wanted to get an idea of how much im going to have to fork out in about 2 months for 2 cichlas. i know there are some very rare ones. and thats not necessarily what im after... just want two with some nice coloration to it
oh i see...well your looking at over $200+ for an orino at 9" and higher...monos would be less...maybe under $100 for a 9-12"

They have some of the best colors as they get pretty green! and get lots of Blues on their fins 
I have 3 Wild Caught and 1 captive bred and wild have the best colors. It's all depends on your personal preference on what you think has better colors...Just find a wild caught cichla of either a mono or a orino and your good
