The price will be going up.. the new quotas are making black rays very limited. DavidW is the black-ray master as well, so I would get in contact with him if your interested.

Pearl rays have a 0 allowance to be exported this year, so they will be on the rise as well.. Not sure about the P14 or the Henlei either, but they are also going to be very limited.
