i have a 2 65 gallon tanks 1 i will put puffer fish and the other i want to put catfish in but i dont know how many gallons do they need

in a 65 with no puffers i would do some pictus or a bunch of different cory species. if you want a catfish only tank, then some corys for the bottom, some glass catfish for the middle and some upside down cats for the top.

in a 65 gallon you can do any FW puffer except a Fahaka puffer, and a Mbu puffer. other that that you can choose from any of these guys.

hmm im still deciding over catfish or plecos is so hard to decide

I would get catfish over a plecos. More personality and also more active. but that is just MO
