How much is it worth to you if you can get them to breed and make your money back?;)

In the US, they're $25,000.00 apiece (plus court fees).

I didnt think I needed to add all the info but just to clear things up....
My cusin lives in Morelia (Mexico) and he has a pair that have killed everything he adds to the tank (duh). He told me he had them so i got curious on how much they are? Would not even think about putting a Pair of Sankeheads with my fish:grinno:.... just thought that was funny (looking at the Q and what I knew:ROFL:). Thanks for the advice:D

I would think they are probly worth 400 for the pair? Is that about right?

Hi,

most albinos are channa striata, this is a very common species for food purposes (in fact these mass breedings result in albinism) and so i would pay you maximum 50 euro for one fish.
But only after I have seen them with fry.

and they also grow pretty big , not one for the faint hearted to breed ,very aggresive things aswell . i have seen one micro albino but then you would have to be even braver to try and breed those.

who knows what they would be worth , some people will pay big money for albino and such, but as brucki pointed out ,without there fry to prove they have bred and are indeed a true pair and not just two fish put together they are worth very little , in fact not much more that a single straita ,and thats not much

cheers col

Thanks guys... it was just a simple Q I had:D

there worth whatever you can sell them for to the right person you could offload them for a fortune, to another $10

Hope you don't pay that price:popcorn:,but really no one in their right mind would charge that much. and if they do, i would like to see their price list.can you prove a price list anywhere in the world stating that price?most common

albino is striata and i have never seen them more then $400 a piece.
