Personally, I dont ask for money when it comes to oscars. I'm not a fan and the market is flooded with them, and the stupid people with them. But if I were a retail shop, maybe 20 or 30 bucks, I guess.

yeah i just bought a 90 gal and the guy coudnt keep the fish so i didnt want to be a fish killer so i took them and now i got like 20 convicts one big oscar and a few jewels so ill just give them back to my lfs cause i want it to be a mbuna tank

oscars aren't worth too much. Maybe 50 bucks for maxed out adult. i've seen a "rip off' fish store that sold a half dead oscar for 199 bucks! sad.

ya our lfs sold a 11 inch one for $5 since it was a store gift.

i gave my lfs a breeding pair of oscars(13 inche tiger and 11 inche albino)and they sold them the next day for 300 dollars.In my area oscars sell very well. i sold out every batch of fry i got from them. So i guess it depends on your area. I personally would not sell and adult.
