CPR hang on Refugium/w pump
2 Seio Flow pumps.

im trying to buy them used off a person locally.. but unsure of what to offer them!! oh, are they even worth buying for a 55 gallon tank?

For a 55 fresh, I don't think any of thats really necessary, if your worried about not having enough filtration just go with an Aquaclear 110, you don't need the fuge, protein skimmer or the pumps.imo I don't know why you would need such a large turnover on that tank?..

none of it will do your tank any good.. sounds like it came off of a 100+ salt setup..
