How much Live rock shold I get?

I have a 210gal tank and a sump I'll be filling with rock. How much rock 210 I get for the tank? This will be a salt water tank with just fish. I don't want a rock tank, but I do want a healthy system.

I also have some petrified coral that I will be adding for decoration. Now would the coral become live like the live rock?

Anything you put in there that is pourus will become "Live". And I would get 250 pounds of live rock to start off with.
