I have a P. endlicheri and four P. senegalus, all about 3". They are living in the same tank at the moment. I have a 120 for the endli when he gets big. Can the senegals continue to live with him after he outgrows them, or should I keep them in a separate tank?

All depends on the fish.
Endlis can be big ole softies at times.
They can also be nasty buggers!
I have a few of each lol!

My smallest poly right now is 8in and my biggest is 15in and different other sizes in between all in the same tank and all is fine.

I have a 20" plus ornate that lives with my two 8-9" Senegals and a 6" Delhezi and there are no problems at all believe it or not.

My Endli ate a 2" Senegal when it was about 5". Around 8" it ate a 4" long fin Senegal. At 9" it ate a 4.5" Palmas Polli. It doesn't mess with the 7" Retro or the 8" Senegal.

I will let you draw your own conclusions. Sizes are approximate.

my 12" ornate left my 3" endli alone
