how much sand for 130 gal?

hey i wanted to know how many 50lb bags i would need for my 130 gal. not going for a thick layer of sand, just enough to cover the bottom and look good.

Lolz just a thin layer right? I would go with about 50 gallons of sand. Yaaaaaa or maybe lessen that to 30 45 whatever just get a bag of 20 gallon sand dump it in see how much more u need then get a smaller bag (if u want only a little more) or bigger bag and ya.

where i got they dont go by gallons lol its by pounds.

Somewhere between 50 and 100 lbs, so I would buy 100 lbs so you know you'll have enough.

I 'd go with 100lbs. I have 200 and it gives me a nice 3 inch thick bottom
