How much should I sell this for?

Hi trying to help my boss sell this Saltwater aquarium setup. How much do you think complete setup would be?
Saltwater enthusiasts: do you think it would be better to piece out and sell parts individually?

tank with lids (36" x 25"tall x 18" deep)
-stand (needs paint but holds tank)
-2 programmable LED lights ($300 retail each)
- Skimmer
- Eshopps Sump complete with filter socks (Gen 3 r-200?)
- Reactor
- Hang on overflow with tubing
- 30-40 pounds live rock
- Ph controller
- Wavemaker
- bunch of miscellaneous

I’m not into Saltwater but just based off of how people buy things I would say selling it separate would probably be easier. Unless you find someone looking for a similar setup and that one fits their needs you may have a hard time, but just my thoughts

I personally would clean the items up a little soak them in part vinegar and water. Tbh he probably won't get much for the live rock because everything that was on living on it is gone.
