I was wondering how much and how often I should be feeding my 24 inch bamboo shark. I usually feed a mixture of formula one cubes and chopped shrimp (usually chopped to size of formula one cubes) there are other fish in the tank so the shark usually gets two or three cubes of food every other day is this enough if not how much more does he need? He always seems hungry!!!

Sounds like you're feeding him about right. As long as he's always hungry. I bought a couple sharks and never got them to eat. Probably shoulda seen if they ate before i bought em, but they were just out of the egg. twice a day is a lot for a shark. I used to feed all my salt water fish once or twice a day, but they were clowns and cardinals and weird little pseudo's

A bamboo shark of that size will need considerably more than a few chunks of that size. I used to breed them. My adults were eating about two 6" capelin each day. Fish were cut into 3" sections for feeding. They were all active and healthy at that amount. I had a group of 9 and pupped around 40 offspring a year from them.
