how much to pay for Leichardti arowana

Hi,

I have 2 jardin arowana that i paid $30 each and are doing well.

Now, i'm looking to get a leichardti but not sure what is good price for it.

my LFS (in SJ, CA) wants $300 for a Scleropages leichardti, is that a reasonable price or too high?

Whatever you feel like paying, but that is higher than market price.

Vendors on MFK usually sell them for $100-$150 for a small 4". I don't know when they are in season though, but personally I'd wait it out!

thanks for the info, i see most vendor are in so-cal and not much in nor-cal. i'll try to find a better deal
