How much will it cost?

i am creating my 18 and half foot long, 5 foot wide and 6 foot tall monster tank.

The way i am making it is all concrete with a water proof rubber sealant, on the out side we will colour it a flat black. There will also be 4 acrylic viewing windows.
What i need to know it how much will the tank cost ( just the tank ).
