Unfortunately many sellers lie a lot a to promote their sellings, the other day I was scamed, seller told me I was buying a Tan king tiger when in fact It was just a ZZ malau.

I would honestly pass that one up...
Doesn't have the best colors plus his stomach seems a little bloated..
The biggest problem I have ran into when buying FHs from LFS is that you don't know what they were fed, how they were raised, whether they are sick internally or what personality they will have once in your tank.
Flowerhorns are very fun and interactive cichlids.
IMO, Its always best to buy a bunch of juvies from a nice pair and raise them yourself so this way, you can keep them healthy and develop a bond with your favorite one

Depends on how big it is. I sell fish in Oklahoma which i can imagine may be like utah. If it is bigger theres always someone who will pay up to 60$ around here for a big fish. But I personally sell a flowerhorn of that grade for 45. 50 would be a fair price.
