How noisy is eheim 2260?

Just wondering how noisy is eheim 2260 as I intend to get one for my bedroom.
Can someone share your experience, or is there a way to minimal the noise level?
 
That series of canister pumps from Eheim are some of the quietest filters anywhere. You cant hear my 2250 even if you are right next to it, sometimes I put my hand on the pump just to make sure its on because I cant hear it. The larger 2260 is just as quiet.
 
I agree...Your bubbler will make more noise than the filter itself
 
I would not know it on if it wasn't for the spray bar
 
Am just worrying after I'm getting this canister, which the tank is just next to my bed and the noise is unbearable. I'll be damm damm.
 
it's very quite if you lower the spray bar below water level.. if not then the only way you'll know it;s on by other mentioned. putting your hand on the pump or putting the spray bar above water level..
 
I have 3 running on my living room tank and you can't hear a thing, I would recommend removing the plastic cover that goes over the top of the pump, it has no real use but can sum times rattle and vibrate, once removed the 2260 is pretty much silent when running

Not even humming sound? Like I said it will be in my bedroom so if the 2260 is in living room , sound might appears to be silenced but if its in the bedroom humming sound from 2260 might caused sleepless night that's what I need to confirm :)
