How often and how much to feed Africans?

I currently have 33 African Cichlids and I was wondering how often and how much I should feed them. Also what should I be feeding them.

I have about the same. Feed 2mm pellets 2 times a day about 2 tablespoons each time. Depends on how large they are. Key don't feed so much food does not get eaten but enough so all fish get some food. I can always tell if they are really hungry or not.

It's hard to tell every time I go over to the tank all the fish come out and swim to the top like they are hungry.
