How often do i need to feed my jar?

Hi.i have a 3 inch jar in a 35 G alone. i feed my baby jar 4 super worms in the morning and 4 at night everyday. Is this appropriate or it's too much. Because i'm new to this kind of fish. Could you give me tips on how to feed your Jar or how i feed my baby jar. tnx.Ü

If you want him to grow fast, you can feed him twice or even three times a day while he's still small. If you're doing multiple feedings in a day, feed about 80% of what you think he would eat in one go. Make sure you don't leave any uneaten food in the tank and a heavy feeding regime also requires a heavy water change regime..

i would feed twice per day until the aro reaches 10inch then you can cut dow to 1 feed per day
