i know stingrays shed their barbs, just trying to figure out how often. my marble motoro is 5 months old and i can see a 2nd barb growing in behind his current one... just wanna know how long before his old barb falls out?
how often do stingrays shed their barbs?

usually every 6 months give or take. some rays will actually not shed their barb while the 2nd or even third grows in. eventually they will fall off.
