i've been a little bored with the hobby lately and after changing the entire set-up my interest has re-sparked. how often do you guys change up your tanks

I rearrange the rock cave I have every time I do a water change. Just because I can never remember exactly how I mad it last haha
my baby panaque tank always gets rearranged...LOL.

I have rearranged my 125 and 40 breeder twice each this year alone. I'm also getting ready to rearrange my 20 long real soon. I get bored and have to change things up.
I don't change it, I like the way they look now. The only time I change it around is when I add another cichlid to the tank. Then after a while I put it back to the way it looks. I just added a parrot to my con tank so I changed the way it looks.
I usually change it when I get bored, but then again its like 200lbs of slate rock so it pretty much looks the same what ever way you arrange it :]
probably about once a year . . . I keep a lot of plants in my tanks, and I like to give them time - - say, 6mos to a year - - to grow in before I decide if somethig works, and if it doesn't work, then I will re-do it
I did re-arrange one of my tanks recently because the pair of Port Cichlids I have spent way too much time hiding . . . I was trying to encourage them to come out more . . . results were mixed

I. never do a complete overhaul but I probably switch out or add something once every couple of moths
