Seems like my fish are hungry all the time, but they are getting very plump! I feed my fish twice a day!!! is that too much?

I feed once a day right before I go to sleep. I use to feed 3-4 times a day but my tanks were getting way to dirty and I didnt have the time to clean them all the time so I lowered feeding schedule to 1 time a day.

My 3 tanks in my basement get fed only once a day....and at night before I go to bed....My little tanks all around the house also get fed once a day...But my Brackish 90 gallon gets fed 2 times a day....They are just babies in that tank...and need to eat more food.
But once a day for what you have sounds like a good idea.

I also just feed once a day. Plus some feeders, that can hide for a few days if they are Fast enough.

Howdy,

I feed with crickets twice a day. My Pantodon are still small, and I want them to grow nicely. Depending on what fish you keep and what their age is, you should not have to feed adult fish that often.

in my tanks It varies Most of my fish get a lil food in the Mourning an a lil at night before I go to sleep. My marble cat However gets fed 2 to 3 times a week.

Most of my fish at work get fed three times a week: the African lungfish, the dragon moray, the brackish morays, the epaulette shark, electric eel (or, as I call them, Puppy, Ed, Nip and Tuck, Sweetheart, and Pikachu). The other tanks used to get fed daily, but I've cut them back to three times a week as well, save for the queen angel tank, that gets food daily.

Like everyone says, it depends on the fish. Loaches and growing fis, feed a few times a day. Most hardy adult fish you can feed once a day, once everyother day, or as little as once a week in some cases. It all depends on how much ans how fast you want them to grow.

Pikachu for an electric eel. What a perfect name! My kids would love it.
