How often do you feed your hoplias?

Just wondering,

At the moment I feed 6 days a week. A whole shrimp or tilapia or squid of equivalent size per feeding once a day.

10.5"... grown 0.5 inch in the last month.

i feed my red wolf fish 2 chunks of shrimp or 2 cichlid floating pellets a day.

Mine get a handful of shrimp every day and tilapia fillet every 3-4 days.

Every time mine has an empty stomach I feed.
4 times a week.
