Right now i feed him Pinkies frozen. Two a day Every other day in the morning. So he is feed on Mon Wed and Fri only. Not on the weekends. Should he eat more? I just dont know what else. I also feed my catfish cross breed Cichlids Sticks and the arowana eats some of those i believe.

Don't think pinkies would be a particularly great staple for it. Not to mention, should defrost them... I'd start feeding other things and try for a more balanced diet.

i was told mice are the best. i do defrost them before. i have small mice that have fur on them. just wanted to use the pinkies up i had. i was told by many that mice are very good

dont feed them mice all the time, feed them arowana sticks, pellets, shrimp, krill.... etc....

man i keep getting different answers. i got some frozen krill but the heads are on and i was told it could hurt the arowana due to how sharp the heads are. can i cut the heads off?

i feed mine with the heads on and there a good 24" take the heads off if you want. Feeder fish are a bad idea also, they normmaly have diesease, and can cause drop eye due to their hi fat %. Try a nice staple of either pellets, kirll, or market shrimp. change it up every now and then.

and if your arowana is in that 120gallon tank, get a bigger tank please...

2 mice a day, = 2 water changes a day... mice are the messiest thing to ever feed a fish tank.

feed it basic stuff that makes your life easier... shrimp, hikari pellets, smelt. easy stuff. not messy. stick to basic water schedules.

Yeah, if you're gonna give him feeder fish, then quarantine them for a couple weeks to make sure they aren't sick.
