How often to feed Elephant Nose?

I've found conflicting information online. My LFS says once a day with blood worms, and I've read online three times a day with blood worms. There are also a few sources I found online that said once every two days. Which is correct?

It depends a lot on the size of the elephant nose.

So the smaller ones should be fed maybe once a day while the larger ones would require three times a day?

Contrary. Smaller ones feed more often for them to grow quick. And larger ones feed less.
