Just asking mostly out of curiosity, but i have a roughly 2' columbian rainbow boa who on average gets fed twice per week usually every 4-5 days. On a fuzzy mouse. I was just wondering if im feeding him a bit too often, as the last time i fed him he wasnt as fussed and took him a while to take it whereas the first couple of times he took it straight away so i was wondering if i was feeding him too regular, as at the shop before he was fed weekly or a little longer and he was fine on that.

Plus i know that boids can become obesse aswell. What would you guys say is a good feeding recheme and how often would you say to feed him?

Thanks in advance!

I would increase the size and decrease the frequency. A snake that size should be able to take larger hoppers no problem. Once a week should be plenty.

Ok thanks, ill use up his current mice and then ill buy the next size up! Cheers so do you think once per week will be fine with the fuzzy mice atm?

you could continue with two a week or two in one feeding with fuzzies till you get hoppers, then go down to once a week
