How Old is a 4 inch arowana ??

I have a 4 inch Jardini Arowana and i was just wondering if anyone had a idea of how old it could be ??

4 months old? around that time frame..

It depends on how much food was available to it and what the water conditions were. Any answer is really an educated guess without knowing its history, but 4 months is a good guestimate. If they start out at about 1.5"-2" then grow about 1/2" or so a month.
