I recently bought an aquarium second hand and it came with a canister filter.

I've replaced the filter media, but the tubes are kinda dirty and I'm not sure if I can clean them or if I should just replace them.
Any suggestions?

Try running hot water through them. Or you could soak them, but you'll have to be sure to rinse them really well if you use any sort of cleaning agent.

Here's another idea. Get a long piece of string, and tie something too it like a scrubby, steel wool, or just a chunk of an old t-shirt. Feed the string through the tube and pull the scrubber through. Fishing line might work, i guess the challenge will be getting the string through the first time, but tie a small washer or nut (something small and heavy) to the other end of the string to help drop it through.

Repeat as necessary.

hot water and you can always bend the pipes to try and loosen the crud in the pipe
