how should i filter it?

how should i go about filtering a 400 gallon tank? sump, canister, bio tower? combo of all 3? lol stocking would prob be rtc, tsn, arro's, ect.

Sump. Even with a FX5 that's not going to cut it at all.

I would go combo. For any tank above 100 gallons I would say do a Sump/Canister. In case one fails!
