how much peat moss should i use for 150 gallon( ph 7.6 want to be at 7.0-7.2). can too much affect the ph by bring it down too low?

for that small of a drop in pH I honestly wouldn't bother.

your fish aren't going to care if the pH is 7.6 or 7.2..its very little difference to them when you are dealing with that small of a change...
