How soon will it take my convicts to lay more eggs?

I had 2 pairs of convicts in my tank and one pair laid eggs, i was watching them and then the other pair came and invaded their spot and ate all of their eggs.

I moved the other pair out and now im wondering how long will it take for my pair to breed again?

Whats the best things to do to speed up the process?

I've done big water changes and have been feeding them krill/beefheart.

When I kept cons they would spawn about every one to two weeks...

What does high feeding refer to? I only feed them once a day should i move it up to twice a day?

I fed mine once in the morning and once at night.

guess ill start doing the same. do you do anything else differently besides just feeding them twice a day and keeping up with waterchanges?

Nope.
Con's breed pretty quick and easy.
