How tall for jumpers?

So I'm contemplating an indoor pond for my goldfish and dojo loaches. The loaches are psycho and I have often seen them crash into the glass lid a few inches sbove the water.

So if I do a plywood pond with a viewing window I was thinking totally open top. How much of a lip would I need to keep the dojos in the tank?

I would rethink the open top, if only due to humidity....unless it is in a sealed room you will have some issues with a large open tank.

Simply introduce some plants, rock into u pond. This make u fish busy by playing with it. i think this will help u
