I am planning to build me a plywood tank by the end of the year. I am thinking a 4 X 4 x 8 (that is in feet). How thick should the acrylic be?
Thanks for all your help,
or 8x4x4 (8 feet long by 4 feet wide by 4 feet tall)? If its all plywood and it has a viewing window (in the front) it can be done with 3/4 inch acrylic. I have some pics to prove it.
These are from the local aquarium in the St Louis Mills mall. All of them were built by one man and they are the same height as the one you want to build.
