I ordered some seachem metroplex to treat hex. Epsom salt soaked food helped but still can’t get rid of it. I don’t know exactly how to use it to mix with food I’ve never used it before.

Use a gel food like Repashy or Mazuri and mix it in right before the boiling water is added.

Would dose the tank with 1tbsp per 5g of epsom salt.

Measure out a scoop of metroplex and mix with seachem focus and 3% epsom salt mix ( 1/2cup of distilled water and 3/4Tsp of epsom salt) and should be come a thick gel. Feed to ur fish. Can add some entice or garlic guard to make it more palatable.

boiling water won't destroy the medication?

Rather than distilled water, I would use the Seachem garlic guard or Seachem Entice.

I dosed the tank what it said didn’t realize it came in powder with a little spoon. I dropped water on some pellets and sprinkled it on them he ate them good so I’m not sure if I should keep dosing tank or just his food
