How to attach Java Moss to driftwood?

I just bought some java moss, I was wondering how I could attach it to driftwood? I have fishing line but how do I tie that? Any more effective way? I dont really want to take the wood out from the tank, but if I have to I will.

Fishing line.

Tie it with a knot.

Then do I just cut the line? How long after I tie it? Please elaborate..

Literally just tie the fishing line all the way around the wood and plant, tie a knot, and cut the excess off. No special tricks here.

Just wrap the fishing line around and around the wood holding the moss down. You may not ever need to remove the fishing line if the moss completely covers over the whole wood. I like filament line comes in a Moss Green color blends well with the moss.
