How to become a vendor?

How did you vendors go about becoming a vendor?

It seems that the regulations are changing but I have been trying to become a vendor seeing that I have a plant business and am selling a lot of plants, and I do even have a storefront location in Massachusetts... How can I become a vendor?

I know Neo and I have talked, but that was before I was "big" I simply cannot keep up with all my sale threads and keep bumping them all daily. (This is the reason I am not posting MANY more)

Non Aquatic Plants/Trees are cool but there needs to be definition I guess if you can be a seller of something unrelated to fish keeping/aquatic life and still be a forum sponser. If I sell widgets can I be a sponser on a fish site. You know. It kinda strays away from the purpose of this site. Not trying to discourage just a view.
 
Spoke with Neo again - I won't be becoming a vendor, but I will be selling plants - so anybody looking for any particular plants, I'm your guy!
